About the Workshop:
Emotions are an integral part of being human. Our wellbeing, decision making, and relationships are driven by emotions. Since the rational brain is over powered by limbic brain in extreme emotional situations it is important to know how to maintain mental robustness in extreme situations like, stress, anxiety, anger frustration etc.
The workshop provides awareness, Brainstorm the ways emotions could be channeled positively and provide practical tools for coping Strategies for Emotional Episodes like Relaxing exercises, Emotional freedom Techniques, Mindfulness exercises and Changing mindset for changing perspective for a productive and meaningful life and learn mental robustness.

Having developed the first indigenous model for emotional intelligence at Pakistani workplace for her Phd thesis with copy right model and scale (5 IPOs) she founded The FEEEL a startup for emotional hygiene and provide emotional first aid services.
Her training expertise include, life skills, emotional intelligence, emotional agility, self- awareness, anger management, stress management, changing mindset, proposal writing, research, ethics, women empowerment, effective change management, Agile HR, Business Model Canvas , etc. She has trained faculty in leading Pakistani universities like, Punjab University, Peshawar University, IQRA University, Greenwich University, Institute of Professional Psychology, SZABIST etc. and some foreign universities like Asia Metropolitan University, Malaysia and scheduled for Altinbas University, Turkey.
She is a role model for Pakistan Alliance for girls education, general body member for Pakistan Alliance for Early child hood care, advisor READ Pakistan, trainer/member Women on Board, Connected Women, Pakistan Youth Association, Be the Change, LIFT, Jumpstart, COLAREZ, Maven Logix and Rupani foundation etc.
She had been an independent consultant for British Council, CWS (Act alliance Asia Chapter) and US Embassy. She have been awarded HEC grants twice to present my research abroad in USA and Malaysia. She was chosen by daily times as a symbol for women empowerment.
