PMI Islamabad Pakistan Chapter and National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) signed a MoU on Collaboration for promoting Applied Project Management education in Pakistan.

PMI Islamabad Pakistan Chapter and National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST) signed a MoU on Collaboration for promoting Applied Project Management education in Pakistan.

Under this MoU, both organizations will work together to develop various project management educational programs, including Project, Program, and Portfolio management, Agile practices, and employability skills.

These educational programs will extend beyond the traditional certifications-oriented training and will focus on instilling practical capabilities, improving individual skills and assisting organizations in achieving their intended strategic benefits. As a result, participants of these programs will become a key talent pool for both public and private sector projects and programs.

The MoU was signed by Mr. Tashfeen Riaz, President PMI Islamabad Pakistan Chapter, and Mr. Akhtar Ali Qureshi, GM NUST Professional Development Center – in the presence of Rear Admiral Dr. Nassar Ikram HI (M), Pro-Rector NUST.

PMI Islamabad Chapter is the founding Chapter of PMI and the torchbearer of project management discipline in Pakistan.

NUST is Pakistan's leading educational institution, globally recognized for maintaining high standards of quality in professional education.

Together, both organizations are on their way to setting new global standards in the field of project management.
